FAQs

  • Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. Some items require assembly before shipping, which increases the shipping time to 1-2 weeks. Our customer service team will be right with you along the way to keep you updated on the status of your order.

  • Most all orders ship UPS Ground. The exception is for large projects where it makes sense for us to palletize the order and ship with one of our freight carrier patners.

  • Once your order is pulled from our warhouse shelves and is in que to leave our facility, a UPS Ground tracking number with a tracking link will be sent to your email or phone. In your account admin section you have the option to sign up for SMS notifications.

  • You have 30 days to return your order. You'll need to email: customercare@oxygen.lighting to initiate your return. Customer service will reply with an RGA# and shipping label for you to return your order through UPS. Once we receive your order, your refund will be processed minus any restocking fees and shipping charges. Your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days of receiving your return.

  • All orders on the Oxygen Lighting & Fan Shop ship from our United States Disribution Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

  • If you're having issues with your new Oxygen ceiling fan, please call (877) 607-0202 and ask for Ceiling Fan Technical Support. If they advise that you'll need replacement parts, please email customercare@oxygen.lighting, use the Live Chat or Call (800) 485-8621 for assistance.

  • We accept all major credit cards, ShopPay and Paypal. Orders over $10,000 USD can be paid for using ACH or a check in the mail. Please contact customercare@oxygen.lighting for ACH or check by mail instructions.

  • Yes. In each package, you'll find a warranty card. Please complete the card and return to us so your fan(s) and/or lighting fixture(s) are covered under our warranty guarantee.

  • Yes and No. Yes we do ship internationally, but it's a manual process. We will manually get a shipping quote for you and send your custom quote to you via email. No, you cannot simply check out internationally on our e-commerce store. Contact customercare@oxygen.lighting or use the Live Chat to initiate an international order.
